Dr Hailey Daly excelled academically, earning membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society during her university years. With a PhD in Uranium Chemistry supported by an Australian government scholarship and BHP Billiton collaboration, she later transitioned from research to join Wired By MJD, a family business.

At Wired By MJD, Hailey has contributed across multiple business functions, including administration, bookkeeping, estimating, marketing, and business development. She currently serves as the lead systems integrator, specialising in networking and KNX/ELAN automation programming (PCNA, KNX & ELAN Certified), focusing on delivering high-quality automation solutions that enhance client lifestyles. Outside work, Hailey, a devoted mother of four, enjoys piano and balances professional achievements with family life.
