Glen Ferrarotto is the Growth and Strategy Director at Ironside Resources, a leading Australian recruitment agency for ex-service personnel and their families. He served in the Australian Regular Army from 1997, specialising in Heavy Diesel Mechanics at the Army Logistics Training Centre. Notably, Glen earned the Soldiers Medallion for leadership in Jungle Warfare while with the 5/7 Royal Australian Regiment and later served in Australia’s Special Operation Command, deploying twice to Afghanistan as a Patrol Mechanic.

Transitioning from the Army in 2008, Glen entered the Defence Industry before founding Ironside Resources in 2012. He received the Prime Minister's Award for Outstanding Individual Contributor to Veteran Employment in 2018 and led his company to consecutive awards for Excellence in Supporting Veteran Employment from 2019 to 2021. Recognised as the 2019 Australia Day Volunteer of the Year in Nillumbik Shire Council for his local veteran welfare efforts, Glen also served as President of Montmorency Eltham RSL and on the State Executive of the Victorian RSL.
