This is a labour-intensive industry. Even with the modern technical advances, integrators still need a labour force to install the technology. Moreover, the cost of that labour force might be more than you know. It is crucial for integrators to understand and measure the true costs of paying an employee to work on a project. Once determined, the estimator can use that cost rate creating proposals and the accounting/project management department can use the same rate for job costing. This session will teach you how to determine the true cost of your labour.
